I'd say they are being overly sensitive.

It was funny the first week when it started in defense of knockers for troops and then it just got stupid.

They are like hipster military wives, anything popular they don't like. They had a post the other day saying people who make signs for homecoming are stupid because your husbands don't want that. You just do it for you. Well duh! But who cares? I like the sign making tradition.

I never "liked" the page because I thought it was pretty catty and pathetic. I liked it recently to see what the fuss about. I just don't get it. Are they making fun of overly sensitive people? All they do is bitch and complain.

I liked it so I can read it. Some things are funny, but mostly they aren't.

I liked that page at first, but it very quickly turned into a page where these morons bitched about every little thing. It got really annoying so I unliked it. Who cares if someone's wife doesn't drive or if people ask if anyone wants to take their kids for a walk with them? I don't get why that stuff is a big deal.

I think its funny that they think that stiff is limited to military wives. There are SAHMs everywhere and in ever suburb in America there will be people like the OSMWs they complain about.

I read it for entertainment purposes. Mostly I think they're a bunch of stuck up bitches with a false sense of entitlement.

I think its funny that they think that stiff is limited to military wives. There are SAHMs everywhere and in ever suburb in America there will be people like the OSMWs they complain about. That too. I thought the whole entitled, rank wearing thing was ok, but then it became all about weight, wearing pajamas/frumpy clothes, people who don't watch their kids, and some other stupid crap. There are overweight people all over America, people who look dumpy all over America (hello People of Walmart!), and I don't thnk those people who left their kids at Chuck E Cheese were in the military.

Yes, their views on SAHM's disgusted me. I don't read the page often, but their view that everyone should put their kids in daycare or the spouses need to get 2nd or 3rd shift jobs... well as long as their bills are getting paid & they're not o n welfare I don't care if someone is a SAHM. 2nd/3rd shift jobs are ok for awhile, but that's also not good on a marriage if you are rarely home when your spouse is.

When I was younger I had the view of SAHM's that they had pretty much no self worth and were fine mooching off of their husbands and never having a life of their own. I was appalled that everyone didn't pursue a degree. Well, at this point, I don't want to put my future kids in a daycare to be raised by someone else and not get the time with them when they are little. And if I planned on always being home, a degree would be useless. Daycare costs outweigh the benefits of having a lot of jobs if you have 2 or more kids needing daycare. I was an idiot with how I thought of SAHMs and I plan on being one when I have kids until my youngest is old enough for pre-school unless I end up going totally stir-crazy. It's sad that other mother's can still have the view on SAHMs that I did when I was 16.
