I know Hyundai has 0% on select models up to 60 months.
Check the car mfg websites they'll tell you the current promos.

We got our Tahoe (almost two years ago...doesn't seem that long ago) at 0%. The Chevy dealer in Kinston was great, and gave a military discount.
I bought J a car before he came back from deployment. I don't remember what the rates were there. But, Shaffer BMW in Wilmington is great. Best dealership i've bought a car from yet. They are on their customer service game, big time.
