My sisters baby stopped growing 2 weeks ago and there is no heartbeat. I feel horrible for her and at the same time I feel relieved. Is that absolutely shitty of me? I feel like a bad sister.

The same thing happened to one of my friends. She has 3 kids and was pregnant with her 4th. Her husband had lost his job right after she found out about #4. They had to give up the house they were renting. While I really felt bad for her, it wasn't time for them to be having another one. It's a crappy thing to happen and I do feel bad that they had to go through it. All you can do is be there for her.

She was supposed to be 11 weeks. The baby stopped growing at 9. She has to get a D&c done. That's the sucky part if it all. When I had my miscarriage it was complete and on its own. Her baby is still in there and she has a small pregnant pudge going on. On the plus side she started a new job today so hopefully that will keep her mind off it.

Everything happens for a reason. We may not understand or agree with it, but the cosmos works in strange ways.
Maybe this will wake her up and get her away from her "beau"...

that sux really bad . i understand your feeling though...as a sister you knew it wasn't right for her therefore you are relieved. as long as you don't tell her you are relieved lol...i know you wouldn't do that. |
