2 days in a row! This morning he didn't set his alarm but I set mine early since my final is an hour earlier than my regular school day. So my alarm goes off and I immediately turn it off. Not 2 seconds later he jumps out of bed and in the shower. I didn't even get to take my mornig pee. Plus I was going to give the baby a bath because she fell asleep really early last night. So life goes on and after me and the kid are dressed we go brush our teeth where he is shaving.
"I'm going to start helping out around here because I feel like a bad paret that she didn't get a bath last night and she needs one every night." now to the untrained ear this sounds fantastic! You're going to help out more? Awesome! But I know that he's saying it so I feel bad that he has to make more of an effort around the house when I'm not as busy as busy as he is and I will apologize or something and promise to put forth a better effort in my wifely/motherly duties. So I don't say anything but not I the "I'm ignoring you today" way. He didn't ask anything soni didn't need to answer. She WOULD have gotten that bath had he not been a shower hog. He's playing company gunny right now and can go to work at 7 or 8 or whatever. He gets a lot of freedom or at least more than I do when I have my final at 9 am. but whatever.
Then he starts on me "why aren't you answering my questions anymore?" I told him he didn't ask a question and basically refused to argue. Got my shit and the baby and went to get int the car. He finally came out and half ass attempted to not apologize but was like "have a good day. Good luck on your finals."
I think he's freaking out about changing jobs. He's always been infantry and even in h&s he ran guard force so he operated the same with his platoon as he would have in weapons co. Now he is going to work on a range and he knows how it will be but I think he's nervous. Plus come November he wants to start applying to he WO program even though he knows he won't ever get it because of his tattoos. I think that annoys him but he wants to get trying anyways. Idk what the hell his deal is.

Before we moved I started Dh on Sam-E, he was getting very short tempered with his work and wanted out of there so bad. It was either that or smack him with a frying pan!
He'll adjust to the new job, Dh was infantry for 10 years, he's worked at SOI, been a DI and then this office job. Sure, he misses the grunts sometimes, but his body sure doesn't!
IF his tats are visible in the short sleeve alpha blouse, it's highly unlikely he would even get a command recommendation for WO. If he did manage to get that, there's still a physical (with pictures) that has to be submitted with the initial package.
Dh's class sent two people home before they even did the promotion ceremony, one who got a SMALL tat after selection and one who got married to another service-member after selection (she already had a kid with the guy too, sheesh!) maybe gently steer him in another direction to avoid the stress, he could take classes since he won't be deploying!

He going to take classes. And yeah he has half sleeves so he knows it's a no go I don't know why he insists on torturing himself
