My LOL, our most recent credit scores were in some loan paperwork we did today......mines 150 points higher than Dh's. He's ever so slightly miffed at me, considering I don't even have a JOB, hehe!

Builder had his final county inspection today and released the house for the tile flooring/carpet we picked out to be put in!!
Our good faith estimate is in........."estimated" grand total of cash we need to cough up at closing is a whopping $100.00! Builder is paying over $7000.00 in closing costs!!
I'm so stinking excited to get moved in, but we can't do the closing until the floors are in, so estimated closing date is May 31!!!!!
