If you are set on a place to live, ask about the dryer connections!!
I hauled my electric dryer out here and everyplace we looked at (and on base) is......GAS!
*facepalm*
Oh well, I have been bugging Dh about a new dryer anyway!

It's been YEARS since we lived out at Pendleton (at least I think that's where you're talking about?) But at that time, they had gas AND electric hookups for dryers in base housing.. at least in Pacific View where we lived..

Shit I hope they're electric in wire mountain one. I have two different types of connections for my dryer but it's electric either way.  |

LOL, thought I'd tell you to ask!!
I have to buy a fridge AND a dryer now......fudge. I could have seriously used the space in the penske that my now useless dryer took up!
I hope some of base is electric, than at least I have the option of selling this dryer!!

We can only live in wire mountain. My husband doesn't want to drive far to work.
