with? Sprint is fucking me over lately I'm ready to switch. I've had my phone samsung Epic replaced 3 times in 4 mths same phone it drops calls(won't let me hang up),screen freezes, goes into call waiting mode or 3 way call but nobody else has called, overheats, can't power it off when it freezes without removing the battery, etc. The first 2 or 3 times they just updated the software on my 1st phone. but that did not work. I've been in there at least 6-8 times. I've even called customer service and spoken with a supervisor they refuse to give me a phone of the same quality but different yet will give me a a cheaper lower quality phone. only because I've had my original one longer than 6 mths. I can not upgrade until Feb. 2013.

We had verizon for years, worked great over there, but not good here in Oregon. We just recently switched to AT&T and our bill is much lower. I love the rollover minutes. Josh and I both have HTC Inspire phones, they are really good, havent had any issues really except the occasional random reboot, which happens with just about all of them.

I like my phone and the features I don't like the crap it is doing. I've been looking into verizon. it will cost me $170 to drop just my line from sprint.

We use Virgin Mobile. DH has the HTC Wildfire and LOVES it. We don't really have a problem with service and we currently pay $45/mo for unlimited txt/web and 1200 minutes. It works well for us and gives us more than a plan for $90 for 2 phones. The best part is no contract so if we ever get sick of them or move somewhere where the service sucks we just stop paying no questions asked.

Page Plus prepaid. I switched from Verizon a few months ago. Page Plus uses Verizon's network and I've noticed no drop off in quality. I pay $30 a month for 1200 voice minutes, 3000 texts, and 100MB of data. They have other plans ranging from 12 to 55 bucks a month. You can use Verizon phones on Page Plus.

Well I called sprint again and without getting pissy explained again my issues that this is the 3rd Epic phone I've had replaced and it is still doing the same as the other 2. The lady told me that Sprint should have replaced my phone with a different but equal phone after the 2nd time. She put in a ticket for me to go into the sprint store to get a different phone.

Ive had sprint forever and like it. N has verizon though and customer service reallyis good. His bill got overpaid in december but he had already left and couldnt call them about it. I called and at first the girl said she couldnt diacuss it with me because i wasnt on the account but when i explained to her that he was deployed and i was able to give her the inv number and anythe other info she discussed it with me. She was really nice the whole time.

verizon customer service IS really good. we only switched because we didnt get good signal here. they didnt even charge us a break contract fee or anything, he just said we moved on military orders and the phones arent working right and they did it no questions asked.

Well after spending all day on the phone with Sprint and them promising me a different phone to just go into the sprint store the store says all they can order is another Epic,I call sprint back they say the same I even call Samsung but they want me to mail them my phone to repair which may take up to 3 weeks but they don't do loaner phones. So I'm just getting another effing Epic.

We have US Cellular.
We were with Alltel until they changed to Verizon. Our service sucked after the changeover, so we went back to US Cellular.
Oldest and I both have Samsung messeger phones. We both got them December 2010 (we don't do data) and Oldest has killed his phone twice. When I brought it in, I thought it was out of warranty, but it still had a few days left, so they gave me a loaner for him until his phone/a new phone comes back.
Samsung has a 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Won't Sprint give you a loaner?

I talked to a tech for you.. in some cases, swapping models is an option. With the Epic, is is not... it's also not allowed for the EVO, EVO 3D, EVO SHIFT, and a couple of other models. =( I'm sorry you're having such bad luck .. it seems some people have the best luck with certain phones, and others have none at all. Customer care shouldn't have ever told you that we should've model swapped you, because it simply isn't possible with that model.. I definitely stuck my neck in there for you though. I hope you have better luck with this new one coming.
