LMAO We spent the day @ a "grow" house. Hoping to win it Monday from the bank. But boy it smelled bad! We can get the smell out though.  |

It was just a funky funky smell.
The previous owner knocked down all the walls in the master bedroom, bath, closets & stripped that area and the garage clean down to the foundation. Drilled holes in the foundation for water, tapped into the main power box & bypassed the meter. Must have hung about 100 lights between the master bedroom & 3 car garage.
I found his arrest report. He had over 200 plants in that house, 200 in another house, and 300 in yet another house. Supposedly for every 50 plants in a house you can earn about $300k a year. So he should have been earning $4.2 million a year!

I have no clue how he got caught. Probably neighbors complaining. It's a really nice house, lake front, big yard.
Nope Skooch! Never seen it or smelled it. I was very sheltered in so many things. lol I was shocked to learn after high school that several of my friends did coke.

We won the bid on the drug house!  1/7th of the original purchase price! It needs about 30K in work (including labor) but should be able to flip it for about 1/2 the original price. |
