Anyone had one or know someone who had one? My doctor at Johnston Pain Management said after my next steroid shot it's my next option. You can only get 3 shots in a 12 month period. This will be my 3rd and the 2nd one only lasted a month. 
When I go to my appointment I'll ask what kind they do because I googled and there are different kinds. I kinda remember someone I know telling me never to get a nerve block done because it was super painful. I don't remember who, mighta been my grandma but she's dead so I can't ask her.
