Must be something in the air...
Youngest isn't feeling well either. He actually agreed when I suggest he take some motrin last night- he felt feverish to me.
Well, he was vomiting at 11 last night, after going to bed without a hassle.
He told husband he felt a lot better after doing so.
I just went in to see how he was doing and if he was going to school. He told me he felt a whole lot better, but will stay home today.
I had no intention of sending him after he was sick last night, but I always let them think they have a choice. ;D
Both have always made the right decision when it comes to staying home/going to school and have never given me a hassle about going to school in general.
I've never had them pull the "I don't feel well, I want to stay home" when they're really not sick. Then again, I can take one look at them and know right away if they're not feeling well.
