So B is a little bully and pushes other kids and takes their toys. He will even walk over to them and smack them with a toy sometimes How do I get him to stop? He gets put in timeout but I feel like he doesn't listen to me at all (almost 23mo).

Bring him around a kid that is close to his age but much bigger. Let him get whomped on a little. He'll stop.
That was happening with my friend's son and Jacob. Her son is 4 months older, and he would take stuff from Jacob all the time and he'd cry. One day Jacob realized he was twice G's size and pushed him across the room. They played happily ever after.

Yeah they said he hadn't pushed before but there were a LOT of kids in the drop in at the gym today. I guess he pushed a smaller girl when I went in to pick him up but I didn't see it. The one girl told me she put him in time-out and I told her do that as much as needed. *sigh* I know he pushes L (meanie's daughter) alllll the time because I think he gets annoyed with her and the fact that he's not supposed to touch/go near her lol.

Kids get pissed off like we do, but don't know how to sort out those emotions in a mature way. So they knock people down. "Oh, you took my toy? let me bop you over the head with this chair, see if you do it again!"
Sometimes you have to let them fight it out a little. Or you could give him a tiny shove, let him know how it feels.
I'm about to send mine outside to mud wrestle.

Just keep doing what you are doing. He will stop. Connor picks on Luke all the time like that. He doesn't really listen to time outs and things yet but I keep trying. I firmly tell him no and take whatever he hit Luke with away. I've tried the corner but he just runs out. He's only going to be 23 months... It's a work in progress.

I never said it was ok. Maybe teach Lily how to throw a punch Seriously though, if there's actual harm being done, they need to be removed from the situation and punished, however you want to do that. If it's just piddly stuff, they'll work it out on their own. With supervision of course. Now that my kids are getting older, if I had to work out every single one of their asinine little conflicts I'd never get anything else done. Usually now I take the toy/object away and send the demon to their room.
