Why did my husband just forward a email from another FRO with 100% more information than I've ever got from my FRO since he's been deployed. I sent my FRO a nice nasty email saying I must not be on your email list because I never get any informative emails from you. The last email I got was about the USO needing volunteers. My husband said I better be there when he comes home! At this point I don't know how I'll know when that is

I think all FROs suck. My husband always knew before the FRO said anything to me about it. Don't worry!

We have had some good, some bad. I think their job is pretty moot though.

Our FRO at New River was simply amazing ... definitely helped that her husband is a Marine
Our FRO here at Miramar is so/so ... shes a new FRO and doesnt have any kind of military knowledge or ties so she asks a LOT of really basic questions that I feel like she should just know given the job ...

I never really paid attention to my FROs. I halfway read the emails if they looked interesting, but all I cared about was that automated phone call that told me when to show up at the hangar.
