It's not in popular brands of baby formula.
It's in organic toddler formula. Most toddlers drink milk, not formula...
FYI, arsenic is a naturally occuring substance.

I know all of this but it's still good to know in case 1) people do use it, 2) not everyone knows that and 3) there are more people that read than post.

The title of this thread is misleading.
1) it's not baby formula 2) high levels haven't been documented by the FDA.

The title of this thread is misleading. 1) it's not baby formula 2) high levels haven't been documented by the FDA. She's a poster not a journalist. They can read the article. I doubt her posting this one time on our miniscule board is going to cause mass panic. We used toddler formula with Cadence for a long time. There are plenty of naturally occurring substances however that has nothing to do with if they are dangerous or not at different levels. Lead is naturally occurring but we still don't want it anything we use at certain levels. And fuck the FDA. I'm far from a conspiracy theorist but I think they let way too much slide.

Yikes.
I don't think I'd buy something with brown rice syrup in it. If there's syrup anything, I tend to put it back on the shelf.
I agree with Maureen about the FDA. Don't trust them.

Since most unfiltered water sources have at least some level of arsenic, it makes sense that a product made from rice (which is grown in water at least partially) would have higher levels of arsenic than something like wheat.
It must have been a slow news day, LOL!

Apple juice has arsenic in it as well apparently.
My turds only drink milk and water though. Connor doesn't like juice and it gives Luke a belly ache.

My mom was telling me about apple juice the other day. I just got a juicer, so whenever R starts drinking juice, I'm making it.
