I want to do one. I was looking into this one blueprintcleanse.com/ but it cost $75 a day!! I would pay $75 for a 3 day supply but that's kinda redonkulous. Does anyone know of a less expensive or a good homemade recipe. I know there is the Master cleanse but that doesn't seem tasty. I will do it as a last resort. themastercleanse.org/

You do know that there is about 3 of us on here that sell Shakeology cleanses right? lol I don't want to sound like I'm trying to sell ya or anything but here is the info so you can at least read about it. It's at least cheaper than $75. fitnessforyourlife.weebly.com/shakeology-3-day-cleanse.htmlI lose anywhere from 6-10 pounds of bloated yuckyness every time I do it. I'm sure Maureen and Erin can attest to their results as well.

You get the same effect by eliminating shitty processed food from your diet. And it's free.

We don't eat processed crap, haven't for years. I can't handle the sodium and Dh doesn't need it either.
He's down 10 pounds, but I want to kick start his system see if he can get a few more pounds off. Not to mention we are both in our 40's. Our metabolism's aren't what they were.

I'm not talking about processed "crap," I mean processed FOOD. Ketchup, sandwich meat, canned soup, crackers, juice, peanut butter... anything that comes hermetically sealed that you could make yourself. Whole foods will clean you right out.

"Brown rice, wheat bread, brown sugar, ect" I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible. I've lost 10 pounds since coming home is January and that was with A LOT of cheating. lol Since my partner in crime is booed up with her newly returned hubby I have been better at not cheating lol. But I am going to pick up GS cookies for my hubby today and I don't think one of the boxes is gonna make it.

In the long run its cheaper eating clean. You can stock up on meats and veggies, portion them out into meals and freeze them.
We've started this to a point. We'll be getting away from most processed foods with exception to occassional stuff and morningstar because I love them. And dairy. One trick is to shop the outside of the grocery store except the frozen pizza/dinners isle. Frozen fruits and veggies are usually fine though unless it come with some kind of sauce or something.

That Master Cleanse looks gross.
I do what Maureen does, with meats and veggies. My grocery bill really isn't that bad.
MP, that's why we each got our own boxes of GS cookies. We have our own, and we can't steal from the other person's when we run out. I need to hide mine after I get it, otherwise I'll eat them all in a day. :/

That's what I call processed crap. Last time my kiddo was here, she opens the pantry and is like "Oh geez, Mom, don't you have ANYTHING to eat that isn't healthy?" My little bottle of low sodium organic ketchup will last a whole year. I guess I could tell her it's not healthy and she can eat that!
