Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was pictured in a prison jumpsuit and shackles today as she was sentenced to five years in prison.
However, the 21-year-old will avoid a long stretch behind bars if she is accepted into a court-ordered drug program.
Portwood was shackled by the ankles and wrists as she appeared in Madison County Court, in her hometown of Anderson, Indiana.

Under a plea deal the reality TV star entered guilty pleas to one count of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and one count of parole probation violation.
If she completes the terms of the Madison County Drug Court program the case against her will eventually be dismissed.
But if she fails, Judge David Happe told Portwood she would be sent to prison to serve the five years he was suspending.
'I know it is going to be hard but I have a lot to lose - I have a daughter,' Portwood quietly told Judge Happe.

'All I can do is try, I have a lot of people behind me.'
Asked what she hoped to get out of the plea deal, Portwood said: 'I want to possibly get my family back.
'I have been doing pills for eight years, since I was 13, and since then I have never been drug free until I detoxed.
'I think about my daughter all the time and I did not really do that before, I always thought about when I was going to get more pills.
'I am just a better person when I am off them. I remember when I was sober after rehab I was happier then too.

'The pills were out of control, I was taking ten pills at a time. I want my life back, that was not me.'
Also part of the plea deal is a $10,000 college trust fund that Portwood must set up for her daughter, Leah Shirley.
She must also pay a $10 fine, $165 in court costs, and a $200 processing fee.
'You have been in the very unusual circumstances of a young person making a lot of money and not holding down a real job,' Judge Happe told her.
'You understand that most people without a high school education do not make $100,000 plus a year?
'You have to understand that you will be expected to hold down a real job in this program.'
