I saw that. I smell some lawsuits lol How do you figure? The only result of this is a greater chance of pregnancy but since the pill isnt 100% effective there would be no way to prove that the problems with these pills "caused" the pregnancy.

Yeah, I don't think you can sue, because they aren't 100% effective, and the company can make the argument that you should have used a backup bc, or there's no way to tell if the pills failed and that's why you got pregnant.
The last batch that got recalled are the ones I was on when I got pregnant. Assholes.

It's America people will sue for ANYTHING if they think they can get some money out of it. It's a given. People are idiots if they think you can get money out of this. There is absolutely no way to prove anything since you can get pregnant when on the pill anyway. I'm sure people will try but I don't think any attorney will be stupid enough to waste their time unless unusual side effects are discovered in association with the messed up batches.
