Still waiting for my doctor but I figured I would ask here since it's not really the type of thing I would like to ask on Facebook My milk has not come in at all, but one boob is way bigger than the other. They aren't hard or anything. What's up with that. There is a drastic difference... It's the right one, not like I need to point it out.

Hmmm. I know that happens when the milk comes in but I've not seen it with just colostrum. Are you bfing? If yes has she fed on one more than the other? Its probably fine and will even out once your milk comes in or if you aren't bfing it dries up. Does it hurt?

My milk never came in for a couple days to a week after. As for the boobs, no clue. Sorry!

I'm not breastfeeding. Doctor said it looked like one was getting milk. Idk. With the boys it just poured out.

Is that one normally a little larger anyway? My right boob and nipple is ust a little bigger than my left naturally, although not noticeable. Until I gave birth and my milk came in, then it was really noticeable because my right boob got it first. The glands will swell up during production before there's actual milk to come out. That could be all. Then your hormones are going crazy right now too. It should even out really soon.

Yea, one is a bit bigger, but that was drastic. I feel like an idiot asking questions when she is the third but this is new.

None of us are perfectly symmetrical. It is rather drastic but I'm sure it will level out soon. I was just saying that could be the reason why that one swelled so much, already having a few more glands.

They still look like that and no milk.
Will this be the excuse to buy some new boobies?

Just grab some nursing pads and stuff the other side for now. You'll be okay! They should even out in a week or so.
