Good luck! Take regular Mucinex when you wake up, mid day and a few hours before you get some hiney!

Ok, this is going to sound gross. Some people have hostile cervical mucous and don't even realize it. If you take the regular Mucinex (NOT DM!!) Or even the Walgreen's brand, it gives better mucous, which allows the sperm to travel to the egg. They recommend especially when you take clomid. We did clomid and gave up on it because it wasn't working. I still used the Mucinex and laid there for 15-20 minutes afterwards and I got pregnant the first month without the Clomid. Sorry for the tmi.
Oh, I also took prenatals for 6 months prior to getting pregnant.

A lot of people have that issue. It's either hostile or not enough or too much. That just helps balance it out. So gross to know, but so useful.
