We didn't have anything. I can't even tell you what my kids ate but I know they aren't starving. I had a pot pie around 5:30 but that's about all I know.

Tonight is going to be Kid's Cuisines for the boys. I feel a bit crappy. I have to try and pull it together to get Luke to Karate at 5:30. Cross your fingers for me. *barf*

I made a hot chicken salad casserole and it was delicious! My dad (he's in town for the weekend) told me that he'd go to a restaurant for it, because he liked it so much!

The boys and I had chicken salad sandwiches for dinner.
I had taken out chicken breasts to grill, but they never thawed. So, Tyson canned chicken was the save for the day!

Hey, you can totally grill semi frozen chicken. It's 4 boneless/skinless breasts that are STILL stuck together. I even took the package and put it in an ice bath, hoping it would help - it didn't... We'll just have them tomorrow. ;D

That sucks! I wrap and freeze everything individually so I never have to deal with that.

I do the same, Blubbers. I buy in bulk at Sam's so I kind of have to. LOL I started buying the pre-wrapped chicken breasts which saves me a lot of time. I just toss them in the freezer. More pricey, but whatever! I'd rather be lazy.
