I went out and bought some Slim Fast crap. Figured I'd give it a try. I got some of the powder and bars. I guess you are supposed to eat 3 snacks, drink 2 shakes and eat one 500 calorie meal a day. I'll see how it goes. Hopefully I'll be reporting in next week with an awesome drop in weight

Jodi is it the one your sister made? Cause there were some drama whores on that one and I got into an argument with some bitch and I don't want that but I would like to be part of a group. I'm not really actively trying to lose any weight until we move but still...

printed it up to put on my refrig. Everytime I want to go eat something heinous, there I am I need to do this... I'm 4 weeks into losing weight & I find myself grabbing stuff when I know I shouldn't... a mirror would work just as well at this point tho haha.

You should eat balanced meals for long term loss. That being said, I drink a Slim Fast shake (powder) with skim milk for breakfast half the time. I'm never hungry so I used to skip breakfast. At least this way I'm getting some calories and building up my tolerance to lactose. Plus it has a lot of vitamins. I wouldn't do a meal replacement but I think it's good to supplement if there would be nothing there otherwise. I'm waaaaaay too lazy to make breakfast in the mornings

I did the Special K, eat cereal for bfast and lunch, then a normal dinner, a while back. It made me cranky, I was soooo hungry.

No LU type of bullshit. The group owner is a very nice girl.
