Very dense and moist and the toffee sauce is perfect. the only adjustment I made was to invert the cake into a pie pan after the 30 mins of cooling and pour the remaining cup of toffee sauce on top and let it soak through. I will be serving it with vanilla whipped cream and broiled banana slices. So simple to make, too!
