Mom's not worried about the kid becoming overweight. IMO the kid looks a little on the pudgy side already. Most of the kids I am around are no where near the size of her. She needs some speech therapy as well or maybe it's the accent, I don't know. My 4 year old can speak clearer than her and she had hearing issues that prevented her from enunciating clearly when she was younger.
