Jump to the worst possible conclusion?
Like if your husband doesn't text you back right away you think OMG he's been in an accident?!
I was taking a shower and felt a painful twinge at my injection site and thought OMG I'm about to be paralyzed and I have no upper body strength to drag myself out of the tub to the phone!
I'm such a weirdo!
On a side note if y'all don't see me on FB or on here for a couple days send help! Cause I've probably been paralyzed in my bathtub! lol

should that make me concerned? No. I was just trying to see if anyone else was weird like me.

The bathtub thing made me giggle.

normally I just assume that if the b/f doesn't answer he is playing video games and I am always right. lol. Today was a big example.

Nah. Though when we lived in CA and went through a couple good sized earth quakes, for a couple weeks afterwards I was a little afraid to take a shower, sleep naked or use the bathroom. I was just mortified that one would come & I'd be found dead in the rubble, naked. lol I did everything really fast.
If I'm out & dh doesn't answer his phone he's left it on the counter or in his car. If I get home & he's not here, he's either in the back of the subdivision playing with the neighbor or wandering aimlessly around Lowe's or Home Depot. He needs to get a job at one of those places. Or maybe I should.

I do a lot. It's my biggest bipolar 2 symptom, the anxiety. I used to take meds for it but they made me feel like a cold turd so now I drink special herbal tea for anxiety occasionally, it helps me relax and will help me sleep if I need it.

Sometimes I think about it, but I don't obsess about it. (Hey look, I have an avatar)

I'm not obsessed but I do always go to the worst case scenario and then I tell myself that it's dumb.

I'm not obsessed but I do always go to the worst case scenario and then I tell myself that it's dumb. Oh, I guess I do obsess sometimes...if it has to do with the kids. Like, one time I loaded the groceries in the back seat and Kellan was playing with the bag. Like, barely touching it since he was in his car seat. Anyway, I moved it away from him but them I was convinced that one of those tiny pieces of the plastic was in his mouth any choking him instead of him sleeping. I pulled over as fast as I could and did a mouth sweep. lol. Or if I hear a weird noise at night in the house I'm convinced someone's in here and is going to steal the kids so I wake DH up to clear the house. LOL. Wow, I'm fucking nuts.

When Lily got her 1st set of shots you know how they say stay in the hospital for 15 minutes just in case they're allergic? Well we stayed but on the way home she was making noises and I just knew her throat was closing up on her so I pulled over to check. Yeah she was fine. lol
