I had an IUI Wednesday but the washed count was only 4 mil so doctor said it probably won't be successful. I'm in extreme pain and have been for over 4 weeks. Doctor wants to wait 3 more weeks to to an ultrasound to see if It's a large cyst and if not I'll probably have surgery again for endometriosis. She even canceled my appointment on the 13th, I really want to know NOW if It's a cyst because I've lost my appetite, I'm only peeing twice a day and it isn't much, I've lost weight, and it fucking hurts like crazy. It woke me up nonstop last night.
Definitely no more clomid for me though, probably generic femara next. I read that it's best for PCOSers though. It also doesn't negatively affect cervical mucus and uterine lining like clomid and has lower multiples risk. Clomid has estrogen which can increase endo so I'm hoping femara doesn't have estrogen.
